USE INSTRUCTIONS:

The resin is very liquid and self-leveling, so it is necessary to limit or. make a mold. Very good adhesion to wood, stone, concrete,… so we use silicone molds or lubricate the surface of the mold from another material with a separator.

We consider the recommended maximum thickness (depends on the type of resin, air temperature, air humidity,…)

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

The mass is used only at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius and above.

Weigh the selected amount of component A into the mixing crucible, add the right amount of component B and mix well (when mixing, mix gently, so not too much air is incorporated).

Pour the mixed mass into another pot, scrape off the walls of the first pot and shake well again. Mixing in two steps avoids non-solidification due to poorly mixed mass. Gently beat the pot on the base to ventilate the mass (bubbles float to the surface).

The shelf life of the mass (the time available for mixing and watering) and the setting time depend on the type of mass and the air temperature.

LATER PROCESSING:

When the mass is completely hardened, it can be sanded and polished. Sanding achieves a uniform height with wood, and polishing restores the resin’s high gloss, which it loses during sanding.
