Delivery for the LCC online shop is made by GLS Slovenia to the address provided by
you specify when ordering.


98% of the products in the online shop are in stock, so we can deliver to you within 1-3 days.
To facilitate communication related to the delivery of the package, please enter your phone number and email address.

Cash on delivery is possible with cash or credit card.


As soon as the ordered goods are ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with information about the scheduled delivery of the parcel. The message will contain all the important information about the package, the number of the customer service (01 50 01 191 or info@gls-slovenia.com) and a direct link to the FlexDelivery web app. Customer Service is available between 7:30 and 19:00.

This online tool allows recipients to choose between different delivery options (available before the start of delivery and after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt):

delivery to the same address but on a different date,

delivery to another address,

delivery to a GLS Package Store (OMV, Petrol, Tobacco 3DVA),

delivery to a GLS Paketomat (https://gls-group.eu/SI/sl/gls-iskanje-parcelshop),

personal collection at GLS depots (https://gls-group.eu/SI/sl/gls-depoji-iskanje),

authorization to deliver the parcel without signature, and – refusal of delivery.

We do not ship ordered products on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In case of returns, we can make shipping easy for you by ordering online and offering the possibility to drop off the parcel quickly at more than 600 GLS locations or at your address. For help with returning to the online shop at Pošljipaket.si, please read the instructions or write to us.
