At LCC, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can exchange or return the goods within 30 days from the date of order and we will refund your money.

Returned goods must not show any visible signs of wear or use.

If you wish to return a custom-made shelf, the following conditions apply.

Only 80% of the purchase price or the value of the cut material-sheet can be returned,

as the cut has caused a callus.

The same amount will be charged for the subsequent use of the material.

The value of the ABS service and the edging tape is not refundable as it is unusable.

The address for the return of goods to the seller is LCC Ltd, 32 Podbevškova Street,

8000 Novo mesto.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment and that the goods

prepare the goods for transport.

Shipping costs are always borne by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We do not accept shipments with ransom.

Handling of damaged parcels.

If you notice that an item or parcel is damaged, missing contents or shows signs of opening when you receive it, you can file a claim with Post Slovenije.

To do this, bring the parcel (packaging+contents) to the post office as soon as you notice

damage or defect, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the parcel.

At the post office, please note that a damage report must be filled in and signed by you.

Once you have received all the necessary documentation, you must submit a claim for compensation to Post Slovenije. The claim will be processed by Post Slovenije on a commission basis and, subject to a reply or approval, the purchase price will be refunded or new goods will be ordered.

Together with Post Slovenije, we will make sure that the claim is settled as soon as possible.
