This decking oil emphasizes the structure of the wood and gives it a slightly wet, silky appearance. If we use oil with pigment, the surface will be resistant to UV rays. Apply 2 coats of colorless oil 007 for a transparent and natural look. This allows the wood to gray naturally over time. If you want to slow down graying, choose colored or patio oils with pigment.

Osmo oil is very economical, as only 35ml/m2 is sufficient. Heavier applications are not recommended, as peeling and other problems may occur. We recommend applying Osmo terrace oil twice. The amount of each application should be approximately 35ml/m2. 24 hours should pass between the first and second application under conditions of 23°C/50% air humidity. A lower temperature or higher air humidity increases the drying time.

If we renovate a wooden terrace, usually only 1 oil application is sufficient. It is important to clean the surface well. If the terrace boards are completely gray and you want wood or to revive the color, use Osmo Reviver Gel.

When the oil is completely dry, it is friendly to the environment, animals, and people.

We recommend:

Coat the decking boards once on all sides before assembly.

To use a sample piece of wood, first test the Osmo product.

Do not wash boards protected with osmo oil with a high-pressure cleaner.

Mix all Osmo products well with a flat stick before use.

Before the first application, sand the wood with sandpaper with a maximum grain size of 120.
