The UJK Tech Compact corner radius router jig offers a whole range of routing options, both internal and external rounds. In addition to these, routing 45-degree angles, straight grooves and holes for hinges.

This router jig is made of 12 mm thick, extremely hard board made of phenolic resins (compact boards).

With pins, you can limit the routing jig to the desired position on the workpiece. All you need as an additional tool is a pair of woodworking clamps for clamping to the workpiece.

The router jig has 6 internal radiuses: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm and 250mm

The router jig has 6 outer radiuses: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm and 250mm

Length of slot for grooves: 820mm

Holes for hinges: 26mm and 35mm

The corners of the jig also offer 50mm, 100mm, 150mm radius, and 45° angle.
