The portable bench router table UJK is an extremely practical tool for woodworkers and carpenters. Compact, palm routers up to a total height of 250mm and a base plate diameter of up to 152mm can be mounted into the table.

The router table is made of a solid, 20 mm thick, phenolic plate, on which the workpiece flows extremely smoothly. The top panel is 400x300mm with a 40mm opening. The top panel has 2 prepared grooves along which the fence can be moved, and a longitudinal groove into which any tool can be inserted (Feather board, miter gauge,…).

The size of the included fence on the router table is 400x55mm, which can be moved and fixed with two tightening buttons. A nozzle for connecting the vacuum hose is installed on the fence.

The base is made of a compact, 16 mm thick, phenolic board. In the front of the frame, holes with a diameter of 20 mm are prepared for mounting in MFT – multi-function tables. If you are not using the table on an MFT table, simply secure the table with clamps. Holes for the router bits are made at the back of the frame (shank 6mm)

Will my router fit in the UJK bench router table?

Maximum height of compact palm router: 250mm.

Maximum diameter of the base plate of the router: 152mm.

The top plate of the UJK router table is thinned to 10 mm on the bottom-center side, with a diameter of 152 mm. Thus, the loss of milling height is only 10 mm.

The mounting holes for your router are not ready. We suggest removing the plastic backing on the base of the router and using it as a template for the holes.
