Hranifix Premium adhesive glue spray is suitable for gluing ABS edge bands to the chipboard edge, bonding wood, MDF, laminates, cardboard, most plastics, metals and other materials.

In addition to edging, it is also very often used for surface gluing of melamine chipboard.

It works on the principle of Spray-press – done! Hranifix Premium glue will save you a lot of time.

The adhesive glue spray Hranifix has a high dry matter content (38-42%) and a low level of solvents. That is why the material is ready to bond within a few minutes and yet gets excellent strength.

This glue is water resistant and stable even in high temperatures up to 130 °C.

Gluing surfaces must be clean. Spray the glue on both bonding surfaces. Gluing should take place at a temperature of 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. Apply the glue at a distance of 15-25 centimeters. Apply the glue thinly and evenly. The optimal application of glue on the surface looks like a spider’s web. After approx. 3 minutes, when the glue is almost dry to the touch, join the workpieces and press them firmly. If the surface is very porous, apply the glue twice.

Store the glue in a dry and cool area. Keep it away from direct sunlight or temperatures above 50°C.
