The edge banding veneer made of walnut wood is applied to the edges of the veneered MDF or chipboards or plywood board by heating the hot-melt adhesive, which is pre-applied on the edge band.
Heat the glue with an iron or a special heat fan.
After applying the edge band, the edge band must be carefully trimmed and the edge must be sanded so that there are no tears.
The edge band is 22mm wide, suitable for panels up to 20mm thick.
The edging can be trimmed with a sharp chisel, edge band trimmer, or some other wide blade.
